Part neighborhood nursery – part funded GOUT/Private going to become private.
72 Children on books 78 places.
Nursery Nurses- Diploma- NVQ Level 3.

  Went on courses though Sure Start- Trained as Nursery Nurse NVQ Level 3 now working on Level 4 Manager – Rainbow Centre – NVQ.

Imagine: From the perspective of a student the advice I would give is:

Get involved, ask questions. Read policies and procedures manual.
Be WHAT enthusiastic.
Decide whether college or work based learning is most appropriate.

What responsibilities Level 2 and Level 3 care workers have.
