Investigate: Before my visit I found out this about the company

Nuclear power station opened 1984, life runs to 2014. 1200MW capacity, producing enough energy for Cleveland. 2 advanced gas cooled reactions and employs 700 staff.

Observe: While at the company I job shadowed an Employee. This is what happened:
