Investigate: Before my visit I found out this about the company

Young company started by two friends who after university started developing software for the Blackboard VLE. They then moved into web development.

Observe: While at the company I job shadowed an Employee. This is what happened:

Observed standard industry practice in web development including discriminator and disability act which can be fed into the classroom when teaching web authoring.

  Both founder members of the company went through Sixth Form College together and went separate ways at university, both on computer related degrees. After university they decided that they would establish a software development company which evolved into web development.

  Focused on developing websites within the W3C’s specification to meet the requirements for the disability and discrimination act to ensure that a site is accessible and working with legal requirements.
